A gymnasium develops the body. Mathnasium develops the mind. Mathnasium is an after school learning center where kids 2nd to 9th grade, go to boost their math skills!
Mathnasium is a learning center where students go year-round to boost their math skills. We are highly specialized; we teach only math. Our program is for students in Pre-K to Pre-Calculus. Members pay a monthly membership fee, and usually attend twice a week for about an hour.
NOW is the time to fill in any learning gaps and to solidify your child’s foundation for success in math this entire school year. With the proper preparation and continuing help from highly-trained and supportive math instructors, your child can feel more confident all year long about the challenging new material he or she will constantly face.
Our “Mathletes” receive the consistent foundational support and homework help that they need to keep up with and even excel at their classroom curriculum. We explain math in a way that kids understand. Through the Mathnasium program, students acquire Number Sense – the ability to think mathematically and with mathematical fluency. The Mathnasium “workout,” increases a student’s understanding, skills, and overall math performance, while building a child’s confidence and a positive attitude toward math. |
