NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Contest Entry Period: Contest will be held between January 1 through June 30, 2010 (“Entry Period”), between July 1 through December 31, 2010.  Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Illinois, 18 years of age or older.  Employees of [Oliver McMillan], its retailers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, contractors and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, of any such employee, are not eligible to enter or win the prize.  Void outside Illinoisand where prohibited by law.  Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  How To Participate: During the Entry Period, customers can register to win a $500 Glen Town Center Gift Certificate by filling out a Become a GTC Insider entry form found on The Glen Town Center website.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or otherwise not in compliance with these rules, in its sole discretion.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Judging:  Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received by a qualified judge.  One winner will be chosen by 5:00pm December 31 2008; one winner will be selected by 5:00pm June 30, 2009 and one winner will be chosen by 5:00pm December 31, 2009.  Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.  Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by telephone or mail following the conclusion of the judging and required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release within ten (10) days of date of notification. Failure to comply with any of these requirements, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, if Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up will be notified.  PRIZE: Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value.  All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of winner.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Ownership/Use of Entry:  By submitting an entry, entrant agrees Sponsor shall own the entry submitted (including all rights embodied therein) and that it and its designees may exploit, edit, modify, and distribute the entry and all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, the names and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein, in any and all media now known or not currently known, throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to member or any third party.  GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Sponsor, its retailers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, contractors and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, undelivered or misdirected entries or mail or for lost or stolen entry boxes, or for any errors or problems of any kind, whether computer, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any contest-related materials.  Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify this contest if errors, fraudulent activity, force majuere events or other events impact or affect the proper operation of the contest and if terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above.  Winner, by acceptance of prize, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, his/her child’s name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission.  Entrants (i) agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding, and (ii) release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, participation in this contest or acceptance, misuse, nonuse or use of the prize.
